I’ve been Michele’d *grin* Not only do I feel all special ‘n’ stuff, I’m kinda in shock. Serious – I saw over 50 comments on the counter and thought haloscan was playing up again!

Just spent all day waiting in for the council rep and various workmen – only the British gas guy turned up, so I’m not best pleased. Tomorrow I get to go SHOPPING though *dances*

See, I hate clothes/ shoe shopping – but anything house related… Oh my! I can spend DAYS looking through home and diy stores, they’re my mecca.

On a slight aside – the London bombs and the never ending news reports about it… I’m a little disgusted that the whole world has gone a bit gaga about it.
Yes, we were bombed by residents of our own country – the guys actually lived not too far from here (though to be fair, most of the country isn’t too far from here, we’re not exactlay a large place) Are there no other atrocities of this nature happening?

Didn’t think so – after all, it’s not like Iraq has kids being blown up every other day is it? I mean, where’s the general outpouring of rage and sympathy for them?
Oh yeah, it’s normal over there so it’s ok…
