Try going to one of those local neighbourhood office type things and ask them to substantiate their claim. Let *them* wade through the paper work in an attempt to explain. If they deny, just fight back. Buy a TV then develop spontaneous amnesia when it comes to the TV license ;-) PS: get well soon! *and breathe* I think I’m done here.
