Bighugs, anything like that is scary, and yes, you should have gone straight to the hospital, but I know that whole not wanting to make a fuss thing.

As for the sanity thing, well the simple answer is: you don’t. I won’t tell you all the stomach clenching fears I’ve had in the last 2 years (yes he’s nearly 2!), I’m quite sure you don’t need any encouragement on that front.
